We love Revere Beach. The first public beach in North America, it's right outside of Boston at the end of the MBTA Blue Line. This weekend, there was an added attraction: a traveling carnival. We stumbled upon the party and shot some of the action:

We have been sponsoring an annual pub crawl in the not-that-far-from-Manhattan but very-hard-to-reach neighborhood of College Point, Queens since 2006. In December 2011, a skeleton crew kept the tradition alive while sampling some increased Chinese influences in the neighborhood.
